I recently enjoyed a bike tour of London with my 15 year old son as it was his first trip to London. I had an excellent experience using BrakeAway Bike tours on a previous trip some years ago so for me it was a no brainer to use them again. I was not disappointed. The weather was lovely so we had a most pleasant morning cycling around London. Our guide Paul was excellent with a great sense of humour to match. Seeing London on bikes is the best way to cover a lot of ground in a short space of time. We got to see so many key sights with plenty of stops to hear some history. I would highly recommend BrakeAway Bike tours.

We take bike tours in just about every city we visit. This tour of London, led by Ollie, was right up there with the best. Ollie gave us the right amount of historical context at every stop we made. He was also very entertaining with some amusing background information. The bikes were sturdy and easy to ride and were set up in advance to meet our sizes.

We take bike tours in just about every city we visit. This tour of London, led by Ollie, was right up there with the best. Ollie gave us the right amount of historical context at every stop we made. He was also very entertaining with some amusing background information. The bikes were sturdy and easy to ride and were set up in advance to meet our sizes.

We recently booked the private family bike tour and it was hands down our favorite part of our trip to London! Chris was prompt in responding to my inquiry for the booking. He answered all my question and made the whole process seamless. We have 3 kids- ages 14, 9, and 8. We opted for tandem bikes for the younger two and they had a great time! Paul- our tour guide- was friendly, entertaining, and informative. We criss crossed through London and saw so much. I highly recommend BrakeAway Bike Tours! We particularly appreciated the small group size and Patrick's knowledge combined with a fantastic sense of humor what made even historical facts entertaining. The children were completely engaged as we cycled through the streets of London. The time simply flew by as we pedaled from one fascinating spot to another. Five stars seems rather inadequate for such a memorable experience! If you're visiting London and want something beyond the standard tourist experience, do book this tour. We knew we were going to see some of the famous sights, and we were lucky to have fantastic weather, but thanks to our guide Ollie it was a really unforgettable experience. He's helpful, relaxed, easy-going and an excellent, witty and extremely well-informed narrator. He turned historical facts into funny anecdotes, asked questions and interacted with us, which was great and made me wish I had had a history teacher like him at school! He's also very good at manoeuvring the group through the busy parts, which is actually not easy. It was by far the best thing I have ever done in London! Thanks so much from Tina and Gina

We are a family of 4 adults and did the Grand London Tour just after Christmas. The tour was interesting, informative and fun and a great way to see London. Two years ago we did the Secrets of London tour which was also excellent. The bikes are comfortable and well maintained and Paul is a wonderful story teller.

We are a family of 4 adults and did the Grand London Tour just after Christmas. The tour was interesting, informative and fun and a great way to see London. Two years ago we did the Secrets of London tour which was also excellent. The bikes are comfortable and well maintained and Paul is a wonderful story teller.
